With over 15 years of business experience, it is Justin’s role to define the strategic vision and culture of the organization while ensuring the company’s core values are upheld. Justin enjoys providing inspired leadership to LSA’s management team and overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. Justin holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.

Darin Niedens serves as Director of Sales for Laswell Electric and Laswell Security & Automation, where he leads sales strategy and business development across both divisions.

With more than twenty-five years of leadership experience, Darin has built and scaled service-based organizations through disciplined execution, strong team development, and a deep commitment to client relationships. He spent eighteen years owning and operating his own security company, earning a reputation for integrity and operational excellence, and later expanded his leadership experience with ADT across residential and commercial markets.

Darin is passionate about building high-performing teams and implementing structured, scalable sales systems that support long-term growth. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, clear communication, and delivering a consistent, high-level client experience.

He aligns closely with Laswell’s core values — operating with integrity, putting clients first, and doing business the right way — reinforcing our mission to serve our community with excellence and strengthen our position as Kentuckiana’s Trusted Electrician and security partner.

Outside of work, Darin enjoys spending time with his two children, playing pickleball, supporting Louisville City FC and Racing Louisville FC, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

David has over 12 years of security and low voltage installation experience in both residential and commercial settings. David is responsible for overseeing product installation, quality control, employee training, technical support, and customer satisfaction.

Walter Collins is a dedicated Business Development Manager with years of experience, specializing in creating lasting relationships and delivering value to clients. With a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, Walter excels in developing tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and engagement. His approach is centered on listening, understanding, and responding to client feedback, ensuring that partnerships are built on trust and mutual success.
